Back To School = Start Of New You

Change often requires a catalyst.

Summers are hectic for most families. Camps, vacations, kids home all day ... it's tough to prioritize you with an ever changing daily schedule.

But today is the first day of school in Simsbury.

This is an incredible opportunity to craft your new schedule and prioritize you.

Can you sneak out in the morning before the kids are up?

Can you get to a class during the day while the kids are at school?

Can you make a class after the kids have dinner?

Life goes by fast.

While catalysts such as going back to school exist, it still requires action.

If you aren't currently working out, it's time to start.

If you aren't currently eating healthy, it's time to clean it up.

If you are working out, but sporadically, it's time to get consistent.

Just like when you fly on an airplane and you get the safety brief, they tell you in case of an emergency, to put the mask on yourself first and then help those near you.

It's the same with life.

If you invest in yourself, your health, your fitness, your mental state, you will be in a better position to help those nearest you.

In closing, I challenge you to use this catalyst to take action. Pick something that matters to you and create a plan to improve. If you need help, our coaches are here for you.
