How to Start at ResoluteFIT

So you, your friend, or family member is looking at joining ResoluteFIT. AWESOME! What is the joining process? Let's break it down!

  1. First, we start things off with a No Sweat Intro. This is a roughly 15 minute meeting (we can do in-person or virtual) where we just have a conversation. We like to learn about you, your goals, your "why", your past workout history, your past injury history, what you like, what you don't like, your motivation level, your nutrition habits, and more. We also do an Inbody scan, which shows us a breakdown of your body composition (muscle vs fat) which helps us direct what program is best for you. This also gives you an opportunity to see the inside the gym and talk with a Coach. Come with questions, we are happy to answer every single one of them!

  2. Once we learn about you, we tell you our proposed plan for what will get you the results you want in the manner you are looking for them. This could be a recommendation for group classes, personal training, remote coaching, nutrition coaching, or a combination of any of the above.

  3. If the program works for you, we start getting you signed up in our system. This typically takes 5-10 minutes. At the end, we'll schedule your first session! It's as easy as that!

  4. All new members are also offered a Free Nutrition Intro with our Nutrition Coach if they are not already signed up for nutrition. This is a 15-20 minute virtual meeting just to go over healthy nutrition habits and nutrition 101 information.

  5. All new members are also offered a Prepare with PT session. We have a relationship with Live Every Day Physical Therapy, and one of the PTs is also a member here. If you have any old or current injuries, we recommend meeting with her. She can help solve those issues and give ideas for navigating fitness while being mindful of that injury.

  6. After joining, every 3 months we like to check-in with our athletes for a Goal Setting Session, just to ensure they are getting the results they want, and to make sure we are helping in every way we can. This is a 10-15 minute meeting that takes place outside of class/sessions.
