Infrared Sauna

ResoluteFIT is proud to offer our members and their friends and family access to our very own infrared sauna!

Members – $20 + tax. Please reserve a time and sign into your session in your Wodify app. You can do this by hitting the "calendar" button at the bottom and then hitting "appointments" up at the top.  Purchase sessions HERE or through your Wodify app by going to "appointments" and then hit "all services" and then "sauna" and follow the prompts.

Nonmembers – $35 + tax. Do not need to sign in.  Session will just expire.  Must attend with current RF member.  Member will purchase the session for the non-member, and can do so HERE

Sauna fits up to 4 people. Each needs their own sauna session membership if attending together.  If you cancel your session with less than 12 hours notice, the session will be forfeited.

*Do not attend sauna session if someone else has already booked that timeslot unless they have specifically given you permission.

You have exactly one hour per session.  This means you can enter at 9:00am, ensure the sauna is “on” and set to the desired temperature, change if needed while it starts warming up, enter sauna, enjoy it, exit, change if needed,  and be out of the room before 10:00am.

The optimal temperature range is 100 to 130.  The optimal time is 40 minutes.

Do not be surprised if you don’t sweat much the first few times.

Sweating will increase with regular use, removing toxins and leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

You may connect your phone via Bluetooth to the sauna speakers and listen to whatever you like, just please be sure to disconnect before you go, or else you may inadvertently connect next time you come to workout!

Clean up:  Please wipe off any sweat piles. We recommend sitting on a towel during your session to help with this. DO NOT USE CHEMICAL CLEANERS.

Be sure to hydrate! Recommended 24oz after a session.  Add LMNT for extra hydration boost.
